Job Overview And Responsibility
- Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule - Support travel arrangements and meeting coordination - Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents as requested - Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items - Handle emails and communications, prioritizing important messages - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO - Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents - Support simple research and data collection tasks - Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role - Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business Administration or a related field is a plus - Good organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace - Willingness to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
