Job Overview And Responsibility
1. Product Strategy and Planning • Research and keep track of e-commerce market movement • Identify viral product trends on multiple platforms & marketplace, build product portfolio from team members to achieve business goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns industry trends and customer needs. • Mastermind a content calendar that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in. 2. Content Creation and Distribution • Oversee the production of top-tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw-dropping websites. • Keep a keen eye on content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions. • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creators to make visually arresting content. 3. Analytics and Performance Optimization • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to track, analyze, and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness. • Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results.
Required Skills and Experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1. Work experience: • 2-3 years of experience in digital/ product content marketing • Proven career advancement in digital/ product content marketing or holding an equivalent title in previous role(s) • Track record of digital/ product content creation • Experience in e-commerce/ facebook ads/ email marketing or as a retail/ e-commerce shop owner is a plus 2. Skills: • Copywriting in English/ graphic design briefing/ video briefing skills • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Research, task management and collaboration skills • Presentation or training/ mentoring/ coaching skill is a plus 3. Other qualifications: • Customer-centric and proactive mindset • Aptitude for turning data into actionable insights • Passion for continuous learning and professional development • Ability to self-motivate and perform under pressure • A keen eye for detail
