Strategic Planning Communications
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Products in Vietnam, with a focus on the financial services industry. - Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement heads). - Leverage professional networks to expand client base and generate qualified leads. - Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners. - Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches. - Represent Shinhan DS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- 5+ years of sales/business development experience in the IT or software industry, preferably with financial services clients. - Strong professional network within banking, insurance, and financial institutions in Vietnam. - Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written). - Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (spoken & written). - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team. - Suitable for under 40 years-old
