Sales Sales Management Construction Business Development Painting
- To manage project development from initiation to closure (project area above 5,000 m2) - To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieve the sales target. - To understand customers’ needs and bring TOA Paint products/service directly to customers - To build and strengthen relationships with potential partners and customers, i.e., contractors, developers, design consultants, interior designers & end users, and pre-engineered building contractors. - To do customer mapping to identify the main players in market segments. - To develop key customer relationships and develop an action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers. - To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management. - Align the goals and strategies to accomplish the sales targets. - Promote visibility of TOA Paint with end-user accounts. - Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement - Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.
- Education & Training: University degrees, preferably in the fields of construction and chemistry. - Experience: 3 years of experience working in a similar position. - Specific knowledge, hard & soft skills - Business Understanding: Understand the company’s products and competitors. - Knowledge of opportunity management and account management. Transactional business. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Computer literacy and presentation skills. - Ability to learn, good communication skills, and result-oriented. - Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline. - Willing to travel.
