Job Overview And Responsibility
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies and ensure marketing goals are met. - Monitor and track marketing budgets, including expenditures and return-on-investment. - Administer and maintain the company’s website. - Deliver weekly and monthly reports and analyze them to determine campaign efficacy. - Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). - Optimize all assigned campaigns in the form of Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager campaigns. - Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.). - Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.). - Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels. - Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website. - Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Required Skills and Experience
Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent. - 2-3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing - Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM. - Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc. - Good knowledge of web creation tools/platforms (e.g., Adobe Suite, WordPress, Umbraco, HTML, etc.). - Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Skills and experience in creative content writing. - Analytical mindset and critical thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
