- Based on product strategy, understand user needs, formulate corresponding user operation strategies and implement them, including but not limited to content operation, activity operation, community operation, etc.; - Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with marketing, products, sales and other departments, lead the operation and management of IMOU user community and core user groups, and continuously strengthen IMOU user stickiness; - Through data analysis, review the effectiveness of operational actions in weekly dimensions, and continuously adjust operation methods based on data feedback to maintain the activity of user communities, and accumulate user information and labels; - Collaborate with the product GTM team to investigate user habits, preferences, etc., and provide user data to support different product launch phases.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate with multinational teams without barriers - 2 Years or more of user operation experience - Possess proactive thinking and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, be able to proactively think about problems and propose solutions, and actively promote project progress

- Bachelor degree or above, marketing, advertising and other related degrees are preferred - Be able to speak Chinese is preferred - 3C/smart hardware/international consuming products and other manufacturing user operation experience is preferred
