Marketing Analytical Communications
- Identify, prioritize, and contact new accommodation properties/hotels and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in the assigned market. - Manage top accounts – own, develop, and manage top accounts in assigned destinations and ensure the team develops mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market share. - Report and analyze – plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed on KPIs, and be able to analyze, visualize, and discuss trends, issues, and opportunities with the team and manager. - Understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of the pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options, and customer booking trends. - Guide the hotels to enter information into the extranet for completion. - Work with hotels on promotional activities to increase bookings - Able to maintain and grow the market in the assigned areas. - Other tasks and regional work are assigned by the direct lead, department head, or senior leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university - 4+ years of experience in new sales, account management, customer success, and partner support. Experience in OTA, e-commerce, hotel, or technology industry is preferable. - Proven understanding of market management/development in the assigned locale. - Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, present ideas, and influence stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. - Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. - A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts. - Passionate about travel and making travel convenient for all diverse interests
