- Conduct structured financial assessments with inbound and assigned leads to understand their borrower profile and repayment capacity - Present debt restructuring and refinancing solutions clearly and compellingly, positioning Flin as a structured advisory partner - Guide prospects through the enrollment process and coordinate handoff to credit risk for deal evaluation - Maintain pipeline discipline: track funnel stages (Contacted → Qualified → Offered → Enrolled), minimize lead aging, and follow up with urgency on stalled prospects - Ensure CRM accuracy and document all client interactions - Align with credit underwriting and product teams to ensure solution proposals match approval criteria - Support onboarding friction reduction and quick resolution of origination issues - Contribute to sales playbook refinement and mentor junior team members as you grow
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing financial role — lending advisory, debt consolidation, financial planning, consumer credit, or similar - Ability to assess a borrower s financial situation and present a structured solution with confidence - Comfortable handling objections around affordability and trust in a consultative, non-pressured manner - CRM discipline and pipeline management habits - Emotionally resilient — this population (financially distressed borrowers) requires empathy as much as persuasion
- Competitive base salary (PHP equivalent of 25-45k PHP/month) + 15–20% variable component - Performance-based commission and accelerator incentives for overachievement - Clear progression path into team leadership as the vertical scales - Exposure to structured distressed credit advisory — a growing and underserved segment - High-impact role at the ground floor of building a restructuring vertical in the region
