Job Overview And Responsibility
Strategic Execution • Execute and optimize GTM plan across different product development stages • Develop growth hacking strategies tailored to Web3 market dynamics • Translate product vision into actionable growth initiatives • Ensure alignment between product development and growth strategies Team Leadership • Manage and coordinate cross-functional team (Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Performance Marketing) • Set clear KPIs and growth targets: user acquisition, engagement, retention • Allocate resources effectively and manage marketing budget • Foster collaboration across teams to achieve unified growth goals Data & Analytics • Analyze user data and market behavior to inform strategic decisions • Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights • Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks • Use data to iterate and optimize growth strategies continuously Community-Driven Growth • Understand that community is the core driver of Web3 growth • Design growth strategies that leverage community advocacy and word-of mouth • Integrate community feedback loops into product and marketing decisions • Build sustainable growth mechanisms through community engagement
Required Skills and Experience
• 3-5 years experience in Growth/Marketing Manager role, preferably in Web3, Crypto, or Fintech • Proven track record executing GTM plans and managing cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem, DeFi, NFT, and blockchain technology • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision making • Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Dune Analytics,or similar • Understanding that community is the key growth lever in Web3 • Product-driven mindset with ability to connect product value to user needs • Growth mindset: experimental, iterative, and comfortable with rapid change • Excellent project management and prioritization skills • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
