Sales Marketing Analytical Sales Management Leadership Skills
- Lead to build strategic channel development for sales team from commercial planning through customers insight to execute in field. - Develop and implement trade promotions, distribution, and targeted customers groups. - Lead to build and execute shopper communication and execution guideline in-store at right store models, manage asset, POSM generic & tailor made by brand campaign at POP. - Assist sales team in developing a win-win solution with key shop. - Drive rate of sales in ASO with right activities support in line with distribution expansion. - Work closely with brand team and sales team to translate Brand plan to trade supporting activities in the channel. - Develop trade activity customized by sub-channels level and market research, market visit to review and evaluate trade programs with frequency report to define key issue/opportunity for next round of planning phase. - Monitor, coach and train for team members to align the Trade team towards the business objectives.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience at same level in trade marketing GT channel. - Leadership skills and strong management skills, able to lead and drive actions. - Innovative thinking & Flexible, able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution. - Enthusiastic and overcome spirit with solid analytical skills. - Ability to work under high pressure and strict timelines, multi tasks and ad-hoc with frequency of changes. - Goal-oriented, organized team player, able to manage different stakeholders (support functions and sales team by region)
