Job Overview And Responsibility

Arrowster is an AI-native study abroad startup backed by the founding team and board members at OpenAI, Duolingo, and Meta. We've helped 300+ students, built a content engine with 15M+ monthly views, and hit $1M+ booked revenue. Now we need someone who can build a hiring machine that matches our growth velocity. Role - We're not looking for someone who wants to learn recruiting. We're looking for someone who's already closing excellent hires - You'll own all talent acquisition across Vietnam/SEA, reporting directly to the CEO - You'll learn from the best: Duolingo's ex-VP of Growth, operators who've scaled teams globally, and founders who've built category-defining companies Mission: Own recruiting end-to-end across VN/SEA; close excellent hires without brand pull; move candidates from cold DM to signed offer in days; codify wins into playbooks. Scope of Work - Build and execute pipelines that deliver key hires in competitive markets - without relying on brand pull - Move candidates from cold DM to signed offer in days, not weeks - Create systems from every hire: document what worked, codify it into playbooks, turn rejections into data - Build the entire recruiting engine from the ground up as we scale

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong profiles sourcing using LinkedIn - Major focus in closing non-tech roles - Strong collaboration spirit - Resourceful under pressure with "figure-it-out" speed - Comfortable A/B testing and being wrong fast - Disagreeable when needed, respectful always - VN/EN outreach craft - Basic data/CRM discipline
