The role of Sales & Account Management Manager will be responsible for expanding our digital advertising media partnerships with key suppliers and media agencies. You need to excel in complex business problem solving and client relationship management. The challenge is to: - Revenue Growth: Deliver against established revenue sales targets, maintain and manage sales pipeline - Business Development: Build and maintain client relationships and manage day-to-day business with advertisers and media agencies, creating trust and driving value for clients - Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end media campaigns including brief submission, creatives and copy gathering, segmentation and targeting, app implementation and campaign reporting - Client Management: Interact frequently with clients and other internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution and results - Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal Marketing and Commercial teams from banners (Food, H&B, Convenience) to ensure smooth campaign execution and grow the campaign pipeline - Digital Media Expertise: Serve as experienced digital media consultants to help advertisers design media plans with high ROAS and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or analytics - 5+ years of client-facing experience in advertising agency or retail media - Proven track record in leading day-to-day client relationship and responding to client needs - Advanced digital marketing expertise across channels including performance marketing, CRM and affiliate marketing - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and complex business problem solving abilities - Power user of Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Google Data Studio, PowerBI or other data visualization tools - Experience with designing customer segmentations and target audiences to drive personalized ads with high engagement - Strong track record of handling multiple ad-hoc client requests and working under pressure - Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, agency, and/or digital advertising environment - Successful track record in driving incremental sales with high marketing effectiveness (ROAS) for clients - Good understanding and connections in the local advertising market - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, and diligent follow-through - Fluency in English is mandatory
