Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clearly document comprehensive business requirements. Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including requirements, use cases, process diagrams, and user stories for projects. Requirement Validation: Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements accurately reflect business needs and priorities. Change Management: Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes and guide stakeholders through the change management process. Communication: Serve as the key liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
