Job Overview And Responsibility
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced ITSM JIRA Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and configuration of JIRA Service Management for ITSM processes. This role involves designing workflows, configuring SLAs, integrating with enterprise tools, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. Responsibilities: - Implement and configure JIRA Service Management for ITSM processes. - Design workflows, automation rules, and dashboards. - Integrate JIRA with Confluence and other enterprise systems. - Provide training and documentation for end-users.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions - Proven experience in JIRA Service Management implementation. - Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes. - Hands-on experience with workflow design and automation. - Familiarity with Confluence and REST API integrations.
