Job Overview And Responsibility

- Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình nhập – xuất – tồn kho, đảm bảo số liệu chính xác và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn bảo quản (kiểm soát nhiệt độ, hạn sử dụng, phân loại sản phẩm) - Tổ chức bố trí kho khoa học; xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình nhập – xuất - Lập kế hoạch và điều phối giao hàng, tối ưu chi phí logistics và thời gian giao - Làm việc trực tiếp với đối tác vận chuyển, xử lý sự cố phát sinh - Xây dựng hệ thống báo cáo nội bộ: tồn kho, nhập xuất, hiệu quả vận hành, chi phí logistics - Đảm bảo ERP được cập nhật liên tục và phản ánh đúng thực tế; phân tích số liệu và khuyến nghị cải tiến - Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên kho & vận hành - Xây dựng văn hóa làm việc có kỷ luật, trách nhiệm rõ ràng trong đội nhóm

Required Skills and Experience

- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kho, trong đó ít nhất 1 năm ở cấp quản lý (có đội nhóm báo cáo trực tiếp) - Có kinh nghiệm từ các công ty logistics express hoặc sàn TMDT. Từ các start-up là một điểm cộng. - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với ERP (SAP / Oracle / phần mềm kho tương đương) - Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn bảo quản trong ngành pharma, FMCG hoặc thực phẩm (kiểm soát nhiệt độ, hạn dùng, FIFO/FEFO) - Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu và xây dựng báo cáo vận hành
