Job Overview And Responsibility

- Hỗ trợ Tổng Giám đốc trong công tác điều hành, quản lý và triển khai các hoạt động thuộc mảng giáo dục và quan hệ công chúng (PR) - Tham gia xây dựng, điều phối và giám sát các dự án, sự kiện giáo dục và PR theo định hướng chiến lược của công ty. - Soạn thảo, rà soát và quản lý tài liệu, báo cáo, hợp đồng liên quan đến mảng giáo dục, đào tạo và hoạt động truyền thông. - Hỗ trợ Tổng Giám đốc trong các công việc hành chính, lịch làm việc, chuẩn bị họp và đối ngoại với đối tác. - Phân tích và tổng hợp số liệu, tham gia công tác quản lý tài chính cơ bản cho các dự án. - Tham gia phối hợp tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân sự trong các hoạt động liên quan. - Đại diện hoặc tham gia cùng Tổng Giám đốc trong các cuộc họp, sự kiện, hội nghị khi được ủy quyền.

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Giáo dục, Truyền thông hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. - Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong marketing hoặc PR hoặc quan hệ công chúng (và lĩnh vực truyền thông tương tự) - Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm Trợ lý hoặc Thư ký cho lãnh đạo cấp cao. - Có kinh nghiệm, kiến thức cơ bản về tài chính và quản lý ngân sách. - Kỹ năng giao tiếp, viết báo cáo và tổ chức sự kiện tốt. - Có tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, sắp xếp công việc, làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.
