Sales Technical Sales Communications
1. Proactively scopes the technical solutions needed to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company. 2. Coordinates closely with internal sales,product department, support team, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements. 3. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported. 4. Provides coaching and professional training to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills. 5. Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
6. Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems. 7. At least 2 years’ experience in CCTV/enterprise network related industry, have experience in leading large projects; 8. Good communication skills.Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues. 9. Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills. 10. Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 11. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
12. Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred. 13. Candidates who speak English and Chinese are preferred
