Job Overview And Responsibility

- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và xử lý bảng lương cho nhiều khách hàng, đảm bảo tính chính xác và tuân thủ các luật và quy định hiện hành. - Kiểm tra và xác minh dữ liệu tiền lương, bao gồm giờ làm việc của nhân viên, các khoản khấu trừ và phúc lợi. - Phản hồi các thắc mắc của khách hàng liên quan đến tiền lương và cung cấp giải pháp kịp thời. - Duy trì hồ sơ và tài liệu tiền lương chính xác theo đúng chính sách và quy trình của công ty. - Phối hợp với các thành viên trong nhóm để xác định các cơ hội cải tiến quy trình và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ. - Cập nhật các quy định về tiền lương và các thông lệ tốt nhất nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ và đưa ra khuyến nghị phù hợp cho khách hàng. - Hỗ trợ triển khai các phần mềm và công cụ tính lương nhằm tối ưu hóa quy trình làm việc. - Tham gia các chương trình đào tạo và phát triển để nâng cao kỹ năng và kiến thức trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ tiền lương.

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp đại học - Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến tính lương - Thành thạo Excel - Tính cách cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ
