Job Overview And Responsibility

- Tìm kiếm, chăm sóc và chốt hợp đồng với khách đoàn nước ngoài tới Đà Nẵng: Hàn, Đài Loan, Hongkong.... - Phối hợp các bộ phận để lên lịch trình tour, giá và điều phối dịch vụ. - Chăm sóc khách đoàn/ đối tác hiện tại

Required Skills and Experience

- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1–2 năm trong lĩnh vực bán tour đoàn nước ngoài tới Đà Nẵng. - Có kỹ năng tư vấn, thuyết phục, giao tiếp tốt, chốt hợp đồng khách đoàn, tạo giá bán riêng. - Ưu tiên ứng viên có sẵn data khách doanh nghiệp, đoàn nước ngoài tới Đà Nẵng

- Lương cứng: từ 8-12 triệu VNĐ/tháng (tùy năng lực). Hoa hồng theo tour: từ 3–5% doanh thu - Thưởng KPI tháng/quý + phụ cấp - Thu nhập trung bình : 15–25 triệu VNĐ/tháng, có thể cao hơn nếu chốt tốt. - Làm việc giờ hành chính ( linh động vì tính chất công việc) - Tham gia đầy đủ chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN. - Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, năng động, thân thiện, 90% là khách hàng quốc tế - Các chế độ khác theo quy định của công ty.
