Công ty đang tìm kiếm một Chuyên Viên Meta Ads với kinh nghiệm và năng lực nổi bật để gia nhập đội ngũ marketing. Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, triển khai và tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch quảng cáo Meta Ads nhằm đạt được kết quả tối ưu cho các sản phẩm của công ty trên thị trường toàn cầu. - Tạo và quản lý các chiến dịch quảng cáo Meta Ads - Tìm hiểu Insight của từng chiến dịch, từ đó phân tích từ khóa, viết nội dung mô tả sản phẩm tối ưu cho từ khóa của sản phẩm. - Phân tích, tối ưu chiến dịch quảng cáo đạt được hiệu quả tốt nhất. - Đề xuất những cách chạy mới.

Required Skills and Experience

- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Meta Ads, với hồ sơ thành tích rõ ràng trong việc chạy quảng cáo các chiến dịch thành công. - Chi tiêu ngân sách lớn: Có kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý và tối ưu hóa ngân sách quảng cáo lớn. - Tư duy dựa trên dữ liệu (data-driven mindset) với bộ kỹ năng và toolset mạnh mẽ. - Kinh nghiệm làm việc với thị trường toàn cầu, hiểu biết về các xu hướng và đặc điểm văn hóa của các khu vực khác nhau. - Có khả năng chạy số và hướng tới mục tiêu. - Tò mò, ham học hỏi và sẵn sàng khám phá các xu hướng mới trong quảng cáo. - Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng toán học tốt.
