● Create long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market. ● Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive, multi-channel campaign strategies (email, socials, ads...) for demand generation and monitor their execution. ● Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance team performance and improve ROI. ● Establish KPIs for marketing campaigns and evaluate effectiveness based on these KPIs ● Plan and implement marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and attract potential clients. ● Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with strategic partners and potential clients. ● Create high-quality content and communication strategies to build strong client and partner relationships. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies. ● Analyze market trends and competitors to develop new marketing strategies. ● Measuring and reporting marketing strategies effectiveness, collecting data and evaluating effectiveness compared with goals. ● Use data from tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making. ● Coordinate and oversee marketing team operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices, and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. ● Create reports and make improvement suggestions based on analytical results.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● At least 5 - 7 years of experience in field marketing, ideally in the technology industry. ● At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position within marketing. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as the position requires interaction with international clients. ● Expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and various digital marketing channels, particularly for global markets. ● Experience using Google Analytics and advertising management platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. ● Capacity to anticipate trends and suggest strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives. ● Skills in planning, budget management, and effective execution of marketing initiatives. ● Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. ● Ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust plans accordingly. ● Good communication skills both internally and externally
