Job Overview And Responsibility

Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển kinh doanh mảng Khách hàng Key Account, cụ thể: - Phát triển và chăm sóc Key Account; làm việc với người ra quyết định tại tập đoàn/công ty chăn nuôi quy mô lớn - Hoạch định & triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh theo danh mục thuốc – vắc xin – an toàn sinh học, báo cáo trực tiếp Tổng Giám Đốc. - Phân tích tình hình, diễn biến thị trường, phản hồi của khách hàng. - Đề xuất, triển khai các chương trình, dự án hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng - Báo cáo hoạt động kinh doanh theo định kỳ/yêu cầu

Required Skills and Experience

- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Key Account hoặc tối thiểu 5 năm ở mảng kinh doanh trại quy mô lớn. - Nắm vững kiến thức chuyên môn, có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh vắc xin là lợi thế. - Có kỹ năng kinh doanh, tổ chức, quản lý/điều hành công việc tốt - Năng động, trách nhiệm, định hướng gắn bó dài hạn.
