Job Overview And Responsibility

-Thực hiện tải và lưu trữ Ủy nhiệm chi (UNC) từ tài khoản ngân hàng (VCB). -Đối chiếu số tài khoản và kiểm tra thông tin thanh toán: -In chứng từ thanh toán phục vụ hồ sơ xuất khẩu (đặc biệt thị trường Nga khi cần). -Nhập phụ lục hợp đồng vào phần mềm MISA. -Tải hóa đơn đầu vào từ hệ thống. -Lấy hóa đơn từ cơ quan thuế và cập nhật vào MISA. -Hạch toán công nợ phải trả. -Đối chiếu với tờ khai hải quan và theo dõi dữ liệu của bộ phận Logistics -Thực hiện xuất, nhập, chuyển kho trên phần mềm MISA

Required Skills and Experience

-Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc liên quan. - Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí kế toán -Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm MISA là lợi thế. -Cẩn thận, chi tiết, có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc. -Có khả năng làm việc với chứng từ, số liệu. -Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong công ty thương mại / xuất nhập khẩu.
