Job Overview And Responsibility

- Thực hiện các công việc kế toán hàng ngày theo quy định pháp luật thuế Việt Nam: xuất hóa đơn, thanh toán, hạch toán kế toán, khai báo thuế, v.v. - Đối chiếu doanh thu, chi phí của công ty; đối chiếu tình hình thu/chi các khoản phải thu/phải trả; đối chiếu giá vốn - Quản lý các khoản nợ mà doanh nghiệp phải thu về hoặc chi trả. Việc kiểm soát tốt hoạt động công nợ sẽ góp phần giúp doanh nghiệp hoạt động một cách trơn tru. - Kiểm tra, rà soát nội dung điều khoản của các hợp đồng thanh toán của từng đối tác, khách hàng hay nhà cung cấp để tránh xảy ra sai sót. - Hỗ trợ xử lý việc hoàn trả chi phí và thanh toán hàng ngày cho công ty, kiểm soát chặt chẽ tính hợp lý của các khoản chi phí. - Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao phó. - Hỗ trợ phần hóa đơn chúng từ để thu tiền, thu nợ

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành tài chính, kế toán, có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm xử lý độc lập các công việc kế toán tổng hợp (1-3 năm kinh nghiệm) - Nắm vững chính sách tài chính, thuế và các luật, quy định liên quan của Việt Nam; thông thạo quy trình làm việc và tình hình nghiệp vụ tại ngân hàng, cơ quan thuế; - Ứng viên chuyên về bên vận tải hàng hóa hoặc tương tự. - Cần người có kinh nghiệm làm với khách hàng - Kỹ năng tổ chức và khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm tốt. Cần cù chịu khó. - Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel. - Trình độ Cao Đẳng, liên thông, đại học... - Sống tại Quận 12 hoặc gần kề - Vị trí này chỉ tuyển ứng viên nữ. Có tính cẩn thận chịu khó
