Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Chịu trách nhiệm công việc tài chính tại công ty Việt Nam, xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống kế toán - kế toán. 2. Giao tiếp hiệu quả với bộ phận tài chính trụ sở chính tại Trung Quốc, xuất báo cáo tài chính theo yêu cầu của bộ phận tài chính. 3. Thực hiện các công việc kế toán hàng ngày theo quy định pháp luật thuế Việt Nam: xuất hóa đơn, thanh toán, hạch toán kế toán, khai báo thuế, v.v. 4. Đối chiếu doanh thu, chi phí trên các sàn thương mại điện tử của công ty tại Việt Nam; đối chiếu tình hình thu/chi các khoản phải thu/phải trả; đối chiếu giá vốn hàng bán và hàng tồn kho. 5. Hỗ trợ xử lý việc hoàn trả chi phí và thanh toán hàng ngày cho công ty tại Việt Nam, kiểm soát chặt chẽ tính hợp lý của các khoản chi phí. 6. Căn cứ vào ngân sách hàng năm, triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện ngân sách. 7. Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao phó.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành tài chính, kế toán, có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm xử lý độc lập các công việc kế toán (3+ năm kinh nghiệm) 2. Nắm vững chính sách tài chính, thuế và các luật, quy định liên quan của Việt Nam; thông thạo quy trình làm việc và tình hình nghiệp vụ tại ngân hàng, cơ quan thuế; 3. Thái độ làm việc có trách nhiệm, chủ động; có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng học hỏi mạnh mẽ. 4. Có khả năng giao tiếp lưu loát bằng tiếng Trung.

- Lương thương lượng: 17.000.000 VND — 21.000.000 VND/tháng - Đóng BHXH trên toàn bộ lương
