Job Overview And Responsibility

MỤC TIÊU VỊ TRÍ - Scale mạnh hệ sinh thái App/Tools theo mô hình Hybrid (IAA & IAP) - Tối ưu profit thông qua kết hợp chặt chẽ giữa UA – Product – Monetization - Xây dựng & dẫn dắt team UA hiệu suất cao TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH 1️⃣ Chiến lược & Tăng trưởng - Xây dựng chiến lược UA tổng thể cho portfolio App/Tools - Quản lý & scale ngân sách lớn đa nền tảng - Phân bổ budget theo logic ROI, tối ưu theo từng geo & funnel - Định hướng creative strategy theo data & insight người dùng 2️⃣ Monetization & Profit Optimization - Phân tích sâu các chỉ số: • CPI • ROAS (D1/D7/D30) • LTV • Payback period • ARPU / ARPPU • Subscription conversion & retention - Phối hợp Product để tối ưu: • Pricing • Paywall • Trial strategy • Funnel onboarding - Tối ưu profit thay vì chỉ tập trung volume 3️⃣ Vận hành & Quản lý đội nhóm - Xây dựng & đào tạo team UA (Junior → Senior) - Thiết lập quy trình test – scale – kill campaign rõ ràng - Kiểm soát hiệu quả ngân sách & rủi ro - Làm việc trực tiếp với các network lớn: Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, các Ad Network khác

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ năm kinh nghiệm UA App/Utility - Tối thiểu 2–3 năm ở vị trí Lead/Head/Director - Có kinh nghiệm quản lý ngân sách lớn (5mil usd/năm) - Có kinh nghiệm mạnh về Monetization - Tư duy profit-driven, data-driven - Hiểu sâu về creative testing & scaling logic - Khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh tốt
