Job Overview And Responsibility

Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch Email Marketing - Lập kế hoạch và triển khai hoạt động Email Marketing. - Nghiên cứu thị trường và hành vi khách hàng để tối ưu hóa nội dung và thời điểm gửi email. Quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ Email Marketing - Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự trong team Email Marketing. - Phân công nhiệm vụ, giám sát tiến độ và đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của đội ngũ hàng ngày. Thiết kế và thực thi chiến dịch Email Marketing - Lên ý tưởng và giám sát việc sản xuất nội dung email (text, hình ảnh, CTA). - Phối hợp với các bộ phận Design, Content và IT để đảm bảo chất lượng chiến dịch. - Theo dõi và tối ưu hóa các chỉ số hiệu suất (KPI) như tỷ lệ mở email, tỷ lệ nhấp chuột, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi. Báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban lãnh đạo và đề xuất hướng cải thiện dựa trên dữ liệu.

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, QTKD, Công nghệ hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan. - Tiếng Anh: nghe, nói, đọc, viết tốt - Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Digital Marketing trong đó 2 năm kinh nghiệm Email Marketing và ít nhất 1 năm ở vị trí quản lý hoặc lãnh đạo đội nhóm. - Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các chiến dịch Email Marketing, đa dạng phân khúc khách hàng. - Thành thạo các nền tảng Email Marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo,...) - Hiểu biết sâu về phân tích dữ liệu và các công cụ như Google Analytics. - Kỹ năng viết nội dung và biên tập tốt, am hiểu về UX/UI trong email.
