Job Overview And Responsibility

- Biên phiên dịch Nhật - Việt (và ngược lại) các tài liệu thiết kế, test case, tài liệu kỹ thuật, quy trình công việc,... của dự án phần mềm - Lên kế hoạch dịch cho nhiều dự án hoặc nhiều comtor thuộc một dự án. - Làm rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ phía khách hàng và truyền đạt chính xác cho đội ngũ phát triển. - Đóng vai trò phiên dịch trong các cuộc họp với khách hàng Nhật - Có trách nhiệm trong việc kết nối giữa team và khách hàng - Thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan đến nghiệp vụ

Required Skills and Experience

- Tiếng Nhật tương đương N2, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm học tập/làm việc tại Nhật Bản và tốt nghiệp khoa tiếng Nhật các trường ĐH. - Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm biên phiên dịch Tiếng Nhật trong lĩnh vực IT/phần mềm. - Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc. - Khả năng phân tích và truyền đạt yêu cầu nghiệp vụ một cách rõ ràng, dễ hiểu cho team kỹ thuật. - Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm với công việc. - Có khả năng xử lý thông tin và nhận biết vấn đề nhanh, đưa ra ý kiến để cải thiện chất lượng công việc cùng với Quản lý dự án. - Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, làm báo cáo.
