Job Overview And Responsibility

- Phụ trách toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng từ xác định nhu cầu, đăng tuyển, sàng lọc hồ sơ, phỏng vấn đến chốt ứng viên. - Tư vấn cho các bộ phận về chiến lược và kế hoạch tuyển dụng phù hợp. - Tìm kiếm và phát triển các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả (online, offline, mạng xã hội, headhunt, v.v.) - Hỗ trợ các công tác liên quan đến Bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp cho nhân viên - Tham gia xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình tuyển dụng để nâng cao trải nghiệm ứng viên. - Cập nhật dữ liệu tuyển dụng và báo cáo định kỳ về tiến độ, chất lượng tuyển dụng. - Tham gia vào các hoạt động xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng (nếu cần).

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân lực, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. - Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tuyển dụng và quan hệ lao động - Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và phân tích tốt. - Thành thạo các công cụ tuyển dụng và phần mềm văn phòng (Excel, Word, ATS, v.v.)
