Job Overview And Responsibility

- Represent the CEO in maintaining and operating the activities directed by CEO to the Departments - Arrange the working, meeting and business schedule; organizing the internal meetings, synthesizing the content of meetings for the Board of Directors; implementing the requests in meetings as directed by the Board of Directors. - Convey the CEO's information to the relevant divisions and departments, then delivering the responses directly to the Board of Directors. - Advise the CEO on the deployment of the Company's development strategies. - Propose the solutions and assisting the CEO with the internal and external affairs. - Prepare and attend the internal and external meetings at the request of the CEO (Provide interpretation and deliver presentations in meetings with foreign partners). - Provide interpretation and translation when required. - Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Required Skills and Experience

- Graduated from University/College in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, etc. - At least 3 years of experience working in the similar positions in startup, IT Software industry, investment, financial consulting, commerce business. - Good skills of communication, negotiation and persuasion. - Good Skills of observation, analysis, synthesis and report making. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle the issues flexibly. - Good strategic vision and skills in arranging and organizing the asks scientifically. - Good ability to process data, sensitivity to numbers, proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. - English proficiency in four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
