1. Recipe management: - Prepare recipe and submit to Technological controller for approval - Make sure recipes are issued to related people and shopfloor execution follow requirements - Adapt recipe follow material variation and production capacity 2. Material management: - Plan material (malt, rice, hop, yeast) for using in order to balance the stock and get homogenous quality - Evaluate material quality 3. Quality assurance: - Set up specification of product, by-product in each process complied with Heineken standards - Validate exist conditions, create new/improved conditions to reduce the risk of defect leading to zero defect - Conduct QA audit monthly at Brewing to make sure all technological requirements are maintained good 4. Process improvement: - Set up trials for new materials and new parameters, follow up and evaluate the results of trials to apply for improving the beer quality and the production parameters. - Be in charge of technological trials to improve product quality and extract loss 5. Problem solving support: - Provide technological advice for Brewing - Take lead 5whys to find out the root cause of defect 6. Project: Involve in Brewery extension and New product development projects in term of technological aspect
- University degree in Biotechnology/Food chemistry/Food Technology/... - At least 3-5 years working experience in Foreign Beverage Company (Beer industry is preferable) - Technical or specialized knowledge need to achieve the desired results - Very good knowledge in Malting and Brewing - Understanding the working principle of Brewing process - ISO, HACCP, PDCA loop, TPM methodology - Conversant with spoken and written English - MS office, power BI, SPC - Very strong in teamwork and relationship skill - Managerial skills: Problem solving skill, Leading skill, Time management skill, Planning skill, Organize teamwork follow full loop PDCA and delegate task
