Job Overview And Responsibility
- Support in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans / Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch năm, quý, tháng. - Collect and analyze data to support planning decisions / Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu phục vụ kế hoạch. - Prepare regular reports on progress and performance / Lập các báo cáo định kỳ về tiến độ và kết quả hoạt động. - Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses / Hỗ trợ xây dựng ngân sách và theo dõi chi phí. - Work with other departments to gather information and align plans / Phối hợp với các phòng ban để thu thập thông tin và thống nhất kế hoạch. - Maintain planning files, databases, and records accurately / Quản lý hồ sơ, dữ liệu và tài liệu kế hoạch chính xác. - Suggest improvements in planning and reporting processes / Đề xuất cải tiến trong quy trình lập kế hoạch và báo cáo. - Identify and report risks or issues that may affect planning / Nhận diện và báo cáo các rủi ro, vấn đề có thể ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch.
Required Skills and Experience
- Skills / Kỹ năng: Planning, reporting, analysis, MS Office / Lập kế hoạch, báo cáo, phân tích, sử dụng MS Office. - Experience / Kinh nghiệm: 2–3 years in planning, finance, or data analysis / 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong kế hoạch, tài chính hoặc phân tích dữ liệu. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields / Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan. - High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability./ Chịu được áp lực cao; yêu cầu khả năng tập trung và thích nghi tốt. - Experience working in a Korean company/ Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Công ty Hàn Quốc. - Understanding of the healthcare industry./ Có hiểu biết trong lĩnh vực y tế.
