Job Overview And Responsibility
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead our front-end team in a major overhaul project, focusing on creating and implementing a comprehensive design library, adhering to modern design patterns, and enhancing user experience in our digital solutions. Responsibilities: • Design and implement a scalable design library to standardize UI components and streamline development processes. • Lead the front-end development of a major overhaul project, ensuring robust, scalable, and aesthetically pleasing designs. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to refine software specifications and convert them into high-quality code. • Analyze user requirements and address UI/UX concerns to enhance user satisfaction. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining a high standard of web design, functionality, and navigability. • Adopt and advocate for the latest front-end technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in our development practices. • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support through code reviews, design sessions, and training opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 03 years of professional experience as a frontend developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. • Set up the programming process for the team (gitflow, introductory framework, etc.) • Extensive experience with frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing design libraries and design systems. • Strong understanding of UX principles and a passion for delivering a user-centered design. • Proven leadership in managing comprehensive development projects. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
