Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead NPI quality issue and document - Review product quality specifications - Manage environmental regulations or material composition certificates (CoC/MSDS) - Customer complaint handling (8D) and tracking - Manage customer audit and 3rd party audit - (New) Supplier quality audit / audit plan - Manage regional ECN/ECR change processes and assess quality impact
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred. - Problem solving methodology (8D, fishbone, failure tree, 5 why and 7 QC tools) - Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, MSA - ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate or equivalent - Good communication in Chinese - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering - Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields.
