Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Marketing • Conduct regular audits of the company website to ensure content accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with brand messaging. • Collaborate with Group Marketing to develop and publish website content such as thought leadership articles, industry insights, and customer success stories. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support business units in generating business opportunities and growth. 2. Communications • Plan and execute internal engagement campaigns and company-wide activities to enhance a positive brand image among employees. • Support internal functions with ad hoc communication requests, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and branding. • Contribute to the development of corporate communications including leadership messages, announcements, and talking points. • Assist in the creation and coordination of sustainability communications and corporate award submissions. 3. Media Relations • Support the Assistant Manager in managing the PR retainer agency to ensure timely execution of media plans and deliverables. • Coordinate the development of press materials such as media releases, pitches, and Q&A documents.

Required Skills and Experience

• Have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in similar position • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal • Motivated and responsible with good team spirit • Able to work independently on complex marketing tasks
