- Drive business development across Ho Chi Minh City, focused on partnership acquisition and lead generation - Build a referral network with local businesses (e.g. SMEs, real estate agents, movers, relocation services, building managers, etc.) - Proactively reach out to potential partners via cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings - Pitch and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements - Plan and execute referral campaigns, track performance, and maintain long-term engagement - Keep CRM data up to date with prospects and partnership activity - Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - A natural salesperson who’s not afraid to cold call and handle rejection - Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn - Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a hands-on mindset - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Good spoken and written English
