Account Management
- Manage and lead multiple key accounts for social commerce campaigns, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. - Take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution, delivering end-to-end solutions with excellence. - Provide strategic direction and insightful recommendations to clients based on industry knowledge and campaign data. - Maintain strong client leadership – respond to briefs, conduct meetings, status reporting, manage timelines, and approvals. - Guide and mentor a team of 10+ to ensure smooth processes, timely delivery, and effective teamwork. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including creative, production, talent, and data to align business objectives. - Build and nurture long-term client partnerships, identifying opportunities beyond current scopes to unlock growth. - Stay up to date with trends in digital, influencer marketing, and social commerce to offer forward-thinking solutions. - Supervise and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and foster team synergy. - Support ad hoc tasks and contribute to broader team objectives when required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in account management or client service - Proven track record in handling brand clients and leading large-scale campaigns. - Strong strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Passion for digital innovation and social commerce.
