Job Overview And Responsibility
- In charge of digital content for online channels: Responsible for managing, editing, and directing content across digital platforms, aligned with company's international standards and the magazine’s positioning in Vietnam. - Develop digital content strategy: Create editorial plans that focus on economics, finance, investment, technology, and entrepreneurship to increase traffic, engagement, and influence within the business community. - Multi-platform content editing: Collaborate with reporters, contributors, designers, and video editors to produce and present engaging content (long-form, short-form, infographics, videos...) optimized for user experience. - Performance tracking & content optimization: Work with the digital team to monitor article performance and adjust strategies based on reader behavior and platform algorithms. - Spotlight and exploit trending topics: Proactively identify and develop timely, exclusive, and in-depth stories that deliver value to the magazine’s premium readership. - Ensure accuracy and editorial integrity: Strictly review content to maintain credibility, professionalism, and adherence to company’s editorial standards, journalism ethics, and copyright policies. - Cross-departmental coordination: Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and events teams to align content with communication campaigns, events, and seminars of the company
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in media or journalism, including at least 1 year as an Editor in the applied field. Strong skills in information gathering, data analysis, and critical thinking. - Knowledge of business, finance, and economics is an advantage. - Excellent writing and editing skills; sensitivity to news, social trends, and digital reader behavior. - Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality content. - Capability to build and manage a network of contributors and experts to enhance content quality and credibility. - Understanding of digital content production and SEO principles. - Strong teamwork, communication, and interdepartmental coordination skills.
