User Acquisition Management: - Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to optimize ad spend and drive user growth - Monitor and analyze acquisition data, adjusting strategies to improve FTD (First Time Deposit) and clients' royalty Social Media Management: - Plan and implement social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and user engagement - Maintain and expand the brand's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter) Influencer Marketing: - Identify and collaborate with influencers in the Southeast Asian region to develop partnership strategies and increase brand exposure - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer collaborations to ensure marketing goals are met Community Management: - Build and manage the brand community to increase user activity and loyalty - Plan and organize community events to enhance user engagement Content and Event Operations: - Responsible for content creation and publication, ensuring high quality and relevance - Organize and execute online and offline events to boost brand influence
- Team Building Ability: Able to independently build and manage an efficient marketing team - Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading a team to independently complete projects - Large Corporation Mindset + Startup Spirit: Possesses systematic thinking and methodologies from large enterprises, combined with the flexibility and innovation of a startup English Proficiency: MUST be Fluent in English and Vietnamese capable of using it as a working language for communication and document writing
