Job Overview And Responsibility

- Act as a liaison between finance teams and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery. - Assist in gathering and documenting finance requirements for the system migration project. - Work closely with senior analysts to ensure all finance needs are captured accurately. - Understand and document Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Journal, and General Ledger workflows. - Collaborate with teams to map these processes to the new system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). - Analyze finance-related data to identify potential impacts of the migration. - Support the generation of reports and insights that inform decision-making. - Assist in developing training materials and guides for finance users. - Provide first-level support during the initial stages of the system transition.

Required Skills and Experience

- Having Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, business administration, or a similar field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM system deployment projects. - Experience with finance processes in the tourism industry, especially within a destination management company (preferred). - Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Journal, and General Ledger processes. - Demonstrated ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system migration projects. - Excellent communication skills, capable of working across departments and with external vendors. - Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
