I. Market Research - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential exhibitors and sponsors in the field of industrial and manufacturing, both within Vietnam and internationally. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team and management. - Visit industry-related events and trade shows to network and generate interest in our exhibition. II. Sales and Partnership Building - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Identify and generate new leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking. - Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Assist in the creation and management of strategic account plans for key clients, identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to increase sales. III. Negotiation and Contract Management - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing our products or services' unique features and benefits. - Support the Manager in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. - Prepare detailed sales reports, including pipeline status, payment process, sales forecast, and achievement against targets, and present them to the Manager and management as required. IV. Teamwork & Training - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and follow-up on sales opportunities. - Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese - A minimum of 3 years in sales or relevant experience in event management, industrial and manufacturing industry, or the Electronics industry. - Strong network and relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as required. - Less experience will be considered as Account Executive.
