🔹 Lead market strategy and insights - Drive the development of actionable trade plans by analyzing customer behavior, competitor moves, and sales trends - Spot new growth opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum commercial impact 🔹 Champion product knowledge and sales enablement - Design and lead product training initiatives for internal teams and retail partners - Equip frontliners with compelling USPs and differentiation messages to win in the market 🔹 Drive sales execution and channel performance - Collaborate closely with the sales force to align trade activities with revenue targets - Take full accountability for driving sell-out in key accounts and pharmacy chains 🔹 Execute trade marketing and promotional excellence - Launch and monitor promotions, pricing programs, in-store activations, and display executions - Optimize every touchpoint at the point of sale to enhance shopper conversion 🔹 Monitor performance and optimize impact - Track KPIs, generate insights, and provide monthly performance reviews to the Country Manager - Continuously improve plans based on in-market feedback and data-driven learnings
✔ At least 3 years of experience managing retail pharmacy or OTC/modern trade key accounts ✔ Solid background in trade marketing, brand activation, or sales execution in the health supplement or pharmaceutical sector ✔ Highly analytical and results-oriented, with strong Excel/reporting proficiency ✔ Excellent communication and partnership-building skills across internal and external stakeholders ✔ Willing to travel frequently for store visits, training, and trade engagement
