HR Human Resource Business Administration Recruitment
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment • Receive and review recruitment requests to ensure requirements are reasonable, within budget, and supported with complete information. • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, talent pools). • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and selection steps. • Manage post-interview activities: provide feedback, prepare offer letters, and ensure timely communication with candidates. • Handle onboarding and orientation to help new employees integrate effectively. 2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction • Support employer branding campaigns to strengthen the company’s image in the talent market. • Participate in job fairs, career days, and university events. • Design recruitment materials using Canva or similar tools. • Manage the company’s recruitment-related social media channels to maintain engagement. 3. Candidate Experience & Process Improvement • Provide professional support to candidates throughout the hiring process. • Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate satisfaction. 4. Reports & HR Support • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment reports. • Support other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in manufacturing industry. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Good English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design skills (Canva or similar) are an advantage.
