Job Overview And Responsibility
- Support the planning and execution of business strategies - Serve as a point of contact and help handle customers' individual needs - Assist in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks - Support conflict resolution and provide solutions to customers promptly - Learn to set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives - Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) - Assist in developing positive relationships with clients - Work with the marketing and sales team to meet the sales conversion rate KPI
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or the relevant field - Professional communication skills in English: written, verbal, presentation - Good analytical thinking - Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude - Understanding of sales performance metrics - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Good time management skills - An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time
