Job Overview And Responsibility
- Independently source reefer cargo exporters/importers. - Build the Cold Chain end-to-end (producer — logistics — warehouse/market of destination). - Sell logistics services while protecting margin. - Focus on gross margin growth rather than turnover. - Manage reefer shipment execution across Intra-Asia trade lanes. - Perform cold outreach for independent client/trader acquisition. - Handle operational aspects including temperature risks, quarantine, and plug-in requirements. - Resolve temperature-trace breach claims and operational delays.
Required Skills and Experience
- Physical presence in Vietnam, or Thailand. - 2–3+ years of proven sales and execution of reefer shipments (Intra-Asia FCL Reef) across Vietnam, Thailand ↔ SEA. - Understanding of reefer deal economics (cost structure, empty repositioning, PTI, plug-in, demurrage/detention). - Demonstrated track record of independent client/trader acquisition.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Direct relationships with decision-makers at fruit/seafood traders and importers/exporters in/from SEA (Thailand/Vietnam/Philippines + China). - Industry specialization in fruits, seafood, meat, vegetables, frozen goods, temperature-sensitive chemicals, or cosmetics. - Background in freight forwarding companies with an understanding of the asset-light model. - Ability to speak Russian.
