Job Overview And Responsibility
Job Overview ◼ Sales for “ZUMEN” New business development targeting local companies in Malaysia and Singapore Cold calling, appointment setting, and online sales meetings Field sales to manufacturing companies (factories, parts manufacturers, etc.) ◼ Existing Customer Management Follow-up with existing clients Supporting product adoption and utilization Building mid- to long-term relationships and identifying challenges ◼ Collaboration with Japan HQ Regular meetings with the overseas business team and Malaysian members (3 staff) Sales strategy planning and execution Operational collaboration
Required Skills and Experience
・Bachelor’s degree or higher ・At least 2 years of experience in full cycle sales/business development ・Experience selling to customers in manufacturing industry ・Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese (Japanese is not required) ・Willingness to travel to Malaysia and Singapore ・Valid driver’s license

Compensation ・Monthly salary: RM 7,000–10,000 ・Annual salary: RM 112,000–160,000 ・Bonus: twice a year (May/Nov) ・Salary review: twice a year (May/Nov) ・Career progression from Sales → Mentor → Manager. Leave ・Weekends and public holidays off ・Annual leave: 8/12/16 days ・Sick leave: 14 to 22 days ・Hospitalization: 60 days ・Substitute leave Allowances ・Commute: RM300/month ・Trip allowance ・Travel, toll and fuel covered Equipment ・Laptop, phone, monitor Insurance ・Medical insurance with hospitalization card ・Statutory: EPF / SOCSO / EIS
