- Workforce fulfillment: Coordinate with internal teams to have the workforce plan and ensure vendor's fulfillment rate. - Workforce vendor management: Monitor and review vendor performance regularly to ensure quality and fulfillment. - Process or SOP Improvement: Optimize our process and SOP when working with internal teams and vendors, in order to reduce team workload. - Workforce Flexibility & Adaptability: Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage ad hoc and urgent fluctuations in workforce requirements. - Team Leadership & Development: Effectively lead a team to achieve defined OKRs and foster the professional development of team members.
- Bachelor’s degree; experience in e-commerce or 3PL is an advantage. - Minimum 4 years of team leadership experience. - At least 3 years in vendor or workforce management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. - Strong in Stakeholder management - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments. - Blue collar violation management skill is preferable
