- English fluency is a must. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in performance marketing, ad tech, or affiliate marketing - Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field - Familiarity with AWS QuickSight is a must - High level of competencies in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint - Knowledge of programming (Python) and query language (SQL) - Database knowledge of AWS RDS (MySQL) is a must - Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis) - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn business questions into data queries and insights - Industry-specific KPIs (marketing and subscription businesses) - Professional, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of ownership and mentorship
