KRA 1: Strategy development · Develops strategies in support of the franchisor‘s business growth targets. · Strategy Management (Deployment, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation): · Coordinates with the BU or concerned units for systemic issue resolution. KRA 2: Strategy execution and team management Lead and manage Franchise team to ensure proper implementation, correct strategy, coordination to achieve goals, with the highest efficiency in Franchise department activities. · Franchise Business Model Development: Plan and implement strategies to develop new Franchise business models, including market research and analysis, building franchisee packages, and adjusting the model according to market demands and the company‘s strategy. · Market Research and Analysis · Franchise Operations Management · Financial Management · Reporting and Performance Evaluation · Coordinating with other stakeholders: Interacting and collaborating with other relevant parties such as the operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure continuity and effectiveness in implementing the Franchise model. KRA 3: Franchise Partner Relationship Management · Recruiting, managing, and training franchisees: Responsible for searching, recruiting, and training independent Franchise partners, providing continuous guidance and support to ensure adherence to the company‘s quality standards and Jollibee brand. · Franchise Partner Relationship Management KRA 4: People management and compliance · Ensures the manpower planning and fulfillment for network expansion to serve the work requirements and orientation of the Unit Head, Mancom of JBVN. · Manage human resources in the department, ensure compliance with labor laws, Company rules/regulations/core values and according to management hierarchy. · Responsible for managing human resources in the team. Make sure to behave properly, respect colleagues, partners, be honest, not sectarian... In case the team has behavior that is not in accordance with regulations, there needs to be a reminder and corrective intervention. Adjust and guide to create a cooperative working environment, complying with JBVN‘s principles of conduct and core values.
Bachelor‘s degree in engineering, construction, real estate, architecture, business, finance and/or economics. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on real estate experience preferably within F&B, Retail, QSR industry. At least 3 years of working experience in the same role. Have a solid grasp of both Marketing and Finance. Highly effective communication, presentation, and listening abilities are essential for navigating company investment.
