- Develop, manage, and execute digital campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and ongoing optimization. - Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries, ensuring strong client relationships and trust. - Collaborate with external vendors to identify and implement new opportunities, innovations, and solutions. - Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data to adjust strategies and optimize results. - Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes. - Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex digital challenges and improve efficiency. - Lead forecast revenue management initiatives to support business growth. - Take ownership of campaign execution, prioritizing efforts and resources effectively. - Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including campaign analysis, performance insights, and billing documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media execution, preferably in a media agency. - Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and platform offerings (e.g., SEM, Social, Display). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). - Experience in budget planning, analytical reporting, and performance tracking. - Familiarity with digital tracking platforms and campaign measurement tools. - Expertise in digital platform setup and optimization. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies. - Effective budget management and resource allocation. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
